This policy governs all cancellation and refund requests for services purchased on www.spaceupp.com. By completing a payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy in full.
SpaceUpp and Narratives of Deepa operate a strict no-refund policy across all services, as described below.
2.1 All payments made to SpaceUpp or Narratives of Deepa are final and non-refundable once a booking, enrolment, or engagement is confirmed.
2.2 No refund will be issued for any of the following
reasons:
• Change of mind or withdrawal of interest after payment
• Inability to attend scheduled sessions, workshops, or cohort
meetings
• Dissatisfaction with program format, delivery mode, or content
style
• Personal or professional exigencies on the client’s part
• Partial participation or early exit from a program
• Technical issues on the client’s end (internet, device, or platform
access failures)
3.1 In the rare event that SpaceUpp cancels a confirmed
service, program, or cohort due to reasons solely attributable to
SpaceUpp, the client will be offered one of the following at SpaceUpp’s
sole discretion:
• Rescheduling to the next available cohort, session, or workshop
• Transfer of enrolment to another eligible participant nominated by the
client
3.2 No cash refund or online transfer of payment will be processed, even in the event of a SpaceUpp-initiated cancellation.
3.3 The decision on the remedy offered (reschedule or transfer) is final and rests solely with SpaceUpp.
4.1 Clients may request a one-time rescheduling of a session (where applicable) by writing to contact@spaceupp.com at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
4.2 Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. It does not constitute a cancellation or trigger any refund entitlement.
4.3 Rescheduling of group programs (such as Mirror Talk cohorts) is not possible at an individual participant level, as the program runs on a fixed cohort schedule.
5.1 A confirmed enrolment may be transferred to another eligible individual nominated by the original purchaser, subject to written approval from SpaceUpp.
5.2 Transfer requests must be submitted to contact@spaceupp.com at least 7 calendar days before the program commencement date.
5.3 SpaceUpp reserves the right to decline a transfer request if the nominated individual does not meet the eligibility criteria for the program.
6.1 If a payment has been debited from your account but not reflected as confirmed in our system, please write to contact@spaceupp.com within 48 hours with your bank transaction reference number.
6.2 We will coordinate with the payment gateway to investigate and resolve the issue within 7–10 business days. If the amount was charged in error, it will be refunded to the original payment source within the bank’s processing timelines.
No GST credit note will be issued for cancellations. For approved enrolment transfers, a revised invoice will be issued in the name of the new participant upon request.
All decisions regarding refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and transfers are at the sole discretion of SpaceUpp and are final. No further escalation or appeal will be entertained outside of the dispute resolution process outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
