Workshops are a basic business intervention. They must be seen as investments and not as expenses

Businesses that treat DEI training as a one-time obligation miss the point entirely. Inclusion gaps cost money — through attrition, conflict, legal exposure, and lost productivity. The cost of ignoring them does not stay invisible for long. It shows up in turnover numbers, in complaint filings, in leadership credibility, and in the quality of decisions teams make every day.

SpaceUpp's workshops are structured business interventions. Each one is built around a specific inclusion gap, delivered to the right audience, and designed to produce outcomes that show up in how teams function — not just how they feel. Organisations do not need more awareness campaigns. They need interventions that change behaviour, clarify accountability, and reduce operational risk.

Inclusion is not a programme. It is infrastructure. And infrastructure requires investment.

Everything You Need to Know Before You Book

Workshops are available as 60, 90, or 120-minute webinars for introductory sessions, half-day or full-day workshops for deeper engagement, and multi-session programmes for organisations building inclusion competency over time.

All workshops are available in-person, virtual, or hybrid. Format is chosen based on your team's size, location, and engagement goals. Cost varies depending on the format and number of participants.

Every engagement begins with a needs assessment to identify the right workshops for your organisation. Delivery is then customised to your industry, team composition, and goals. A follow-up report documents key outcomes and recommended next steps.

Workshops are designed for specific audiences like employees, managers, HR teams, or leadership. Mixing audiences is not recommended; each group requires different framing and accountability expectations.

No workshop is delivered off the shelf. Content, case studies, and scenarios are adapted to reflect your organisation's sector, size, and workforce composition.

Sessions are delivered in English and Tamil. Other Indian language delivery is available on request for Tier 2 and Tier 3 city audiences.

Optimal group size is 20 to 40 participants per session. Larger organisations can run multiple cohorts to ensure engagement quality is not diluted. These are subject to discussions on your requirements.

Participation is documented. Organisations receive attendance records that serve as evidence of training compliance for audits, investor due diligence, and regulatory review.
