Founded by Dr Deepa, with over 14 years of experience at the intersection of health equity, gender justice, and PoSH. SpaceUpp was built on a singular conviction: that Indian organisations deserve governance systems that actually work.
We specialise in two interconnected areas, DEIJ advisory and PoSH compliance. Our work focuses on building governance frameworks that are legally sound, leadership-owned, and designed for long-term organisational performance. Every engagement is practical, structured, and tied to measurable outcomes such as reduced legal exposure, stronger retention, improved accountability, and better readiness to scale.
