She is a trained PoSH professional with two master's degrees in International Relations and Communication, bringing seven years of experience in strategic communication and digital marketing to her work at SpaceUpp.
She contributes to PoSH policy development and DEI framework building, while also shaping how SpaceUpp communicates its advisory work to organisations with clarity, credibility, and strategic relevance.
Her role sits at the intersection of governance, substance, and organisational communication, supporting the development of policies and frameworks that are structurally sound, understandable, adoptable, and sustainable in practice. She is also a certified PoSH trainer. Her work reflects a clear principle: compliance and DEI do not become effective through documentation alone. In addition to her work in policy and framework building, Komahal leads key functions across service positioning, prospect engagement, outreach systems, and brand communication.
