Aishwarya serves as a PoSH Consultant and Client Relationship Specialist at SpaceUpp, often the first point of contact for organisations beginning their workplace governance journey with the firm. She plays an important role in helping prospective clients understand the foundations of PoSH, the risks of weak workplace systems, and the value of building compliant, accountable structures early.
Her role combines client relationship management, consultative sales, and PoSH training—ensuring organisations are not only introduced to SpaceUpp's services, but also educated on why workplace governance matters and how it must hold in practice. She brings structure, responsiveness, and confidence to every client interaction, backed by her experience as an Associate Sales Consultant in fintech, where she built strong capabilities in consultative selling and relationship management.
Her work with an NGO as a women's empowerment activist deepened her grounding in gender equity and people-centred engagement — a foundation she brings directly into her work at SpaceUpp. Holding a Bachelor of Computer Applications, Aishwarya combines analytical thinking with field-level people skills, making her equally effective at navigating compliance conversations and building the long-term client trust that underpins SpaceUpp's advisory relationships.
